It’s no secret that Filipinos love to eat together. One of the things missed sorely during the pandemic is ssamgyeopsal, the popular grilled pork belly sometimes referred to as “Korean barbecue.” With restrictions now at a minimum, and with the impending return of the Manila International Book Fair (MIBF) this September, why not get together with a “book barbecue” of sorts?
