Follow these steps:
1. Download the Price List/Order Form below.
2. Complete the necessary details and send the form via e-mail at order@csm-publishing.com using the subject: VBS 2022 Order.
3. You will receive a confirmation with your order summary including the shipping cost.
Then payment should be deposited to:

4. Send a copy of the deposit slip to the same e-mail
address. Wait for the confirmation receipt and your schedule of delivery.
