Daring the Godlets confronts us with the many idols that are fast filling our churches today. The Hebrew prophets called them gillulim (dung pellets), lilim (petty gods).
Daring the Godlets condemns our current idolatrous and adulterous church practices.
Daring the Godlets calls us back to the true God, whose name is Jealous (see Exodus 34:14).
“I alone am the Lord your God. No other god may share my glory; I will not let idols share my praise.”
There is no room for rivalry. We need to repent and return to God!
“Now then, tell the Israelites what I, the Sovereign Lord, am saying: Turn back and leave your disgusting idols.”
