CSM hosted the storytelling workshop, the second in the skills building workshop series, last October 18, 2014 at the CSM Assembly Hall. Master storyteller and CEO of the Luzon Convention of Southern Baptist Churches (LCSBC) Rev. Eric Ortega led the whole-day workshop with 57 children’s ministry workers from churches and schools all over Metromanila, Rizal, Cavite, and Laguna.

Ortega reminded the participants to enhance their imagination in preparing their stories well and challenged them to use storytelling to reach and rescue today’s visually dependent generation from the corrupting influence of online gaming, cartoons, and multimedia.
